DDS is the state agency which oversees the coordination and delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities in California. DDS is overseen by the Governor, and oversees all Regional Centers across California. These Regional Centers contract with vendors like us to deliver services.
DDS publishes the rates of many of its providers on its website. These published rates are what agencies like ours gets reimbursed from the Regional Centers. Please refer to current rates here (our service codes are 862 for respite, and 062 for personal assistance):

Each year, DDS determines annual wage increases for our caregivers providing services, in line with California minimum wage increases. When we as an agency receive minimum wage increases, our duty is to pass that through to our caregivers. DDS publishes its minimum wage updates here:

Welfare and Institutions Code Section 4704.6 states, “Each regional center and each vendor that contracts with a regional center to provide services to clients shall conspicuously post on its Internet Web site, if any, a link to the department’s Internet Web site page that provides a description of the appeals procedure set forth in this chapter and a department telephone number available for answering consumer and applicant appeals procedure questions.”
