Our History
Since 2013, R&N has been providing support to many families serviced by the Regional Center of Orange County. Over the last decade, we have employed over 50 caregivers to support our families.
Our mission is to be "stewards to those we serve" - to both families needing support and caregivers caring for them. This means doing what is best for our families AND caregivers.
Our Services
Families need relief from the pressures involved with caring for a loved one with developmental challenges. We provide non-medical in-home respite services to these families so that they can get the relief they need.

Our Team
Alejandra (Alex) Lopez, Program Director, handles our day-to-day operations and also serves as a caregiver for our families. She has decades of experience as a caregiver, including as a parent of an autistic son.
